Please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your item/s if there are any problems and/or to request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
Return Guidelines:
Refunds cannot be given if it has been more than 30 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All merchandise must be returned to us in it's original condition, including packing materials and all accessories. Buyers will receive a credit once the item has been received by us in the original shipping package.
You will receive an adjusted full refund less our standard 15% restocking fee, in addition to shipping and handling costs.
In regards to items that have been damaged, those returned items will be evaluated to determine any manufacturers defects and/or the difference in value from when the product was shipped and the products current condition. This inspection will determine actual refund.
Return Procedure:
1. Please request your RMA number and brief detail/s for the reason/s your returning your item/s.
2. Once processed, we will reply via email with an RMA number that must be used in reference to your return and printed on the mailing, and/or shipping label.
3. You must ship your return to us by no later than 10 days of our email sent to you containing the RMA number and the return shipping address.
