Return Policies:
For damaged, or unopened items, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your item if there are any problems and/or to request a return merchandise authorization number.
Return Guidelines:
Refunds cannot be given if it has been more than 30 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All merchandise must be returned to us in original condition, including packing materials and all accessories. Buyers will receive a credit once the item is received by us in the original box, less a standard 15% restocking fee.
In regards to items that are damaged, those returned items will be evaluated to determine any manufacturers defects and/or the difference in value from when the product was shipped and the products current condition. This inspection will determine actual refund.
Return Procedure:
1. Please request your RMA# via the email address provided below and detail your reason for the return. We will reply with a RMA# that must be used in reference to your returned item/s along with the shipping address.
2. You must ship your return to us by no later than 10 days of the email with the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
