----------RETURN POLICY----------

Please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your item/s, if there are any problems and/or to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

Return Guidelines: Refunds cannot be given if it has been more than (30) days after delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Conditions: All merchandise must be returned to us in it's original condition, including the original retail box and/or packaging accessories (If included), packing materials and all accompanying accessories, manual/s and/or documentation that was included with the sale/transaction. Once all the returned item/s and/or authorized returns have been received back (delivered to us, in our possession) only then will any applicable refund/s and/or credit/s be processed and monies credited back to your account (refunded).

Tracking your return: Please, be sure to send the tracking and/or delivery confirmation number/s to us once you've shipped your returned items back, simply for reference and to track your return/s back to us.

Once the return/s have been received and have been evaluated, an adjusted full refund/credit will be processed, less our standard 15% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping and/or handling costs.

In regards to those items that have been damaged, those returned items will be evaluated and inspected to determine any manufacturers defects, buyer tampering, alterations, serial number changes, and/or the difference in value from when the product was shipped and the products current condition. This physical inspection will determine actual refund.

Return Procedure:

1. Please request an RMA number and please provide the brief detail/s for the reason/s your returning your item/s.

2. Once processed, we will reply via email with an RMA number that must be used in reference to your return and affixed/printed on the return mailing address label, or shipping label of your returned item/s.

3. You must ship your return to us by no later than (10) days of the email and/or communication that we've sent you containing the RMA number, along with the return shipping address.

----------COMBINE SHIPPING POLICY----------

If combine shipping is available on any product in our store, you should see it under the product notes, or somewhere in the description saying "Combine shipping is available on this item" and it must say this in order for any item to qualify for the combine shipping program.

How it works: You must complete (checkout first), and after buying 2 or more products, where the shipping was added automatically to the purchase total, you will receive an adjusted shipping amount via communication from us through email, or electronic communication, in approximately 24-hours or less, after the completion of your online purchase (after checkout). You will soon be notified, in order to save you money on the shipping cost, sometime before your order is fully processed and completed and before it is shipped out to you. The total shipping costs will be calculated and sent to you via email or electronic communication (for your approval), before your order is actually shipped out. After we send the adjusted shipping calculation to you, If you don't respond, or don't request to (cancel your order) the order will then be shipped out within approximately 2-3 days thereafter, and any shipping credit that may apply (if applicable) will be credited back to the total you've paid. You'll should then soon see a credit/adjustment on your Credit Card, PayPal, or Google Checkout account, (times may vary) or whatever payment processor was used for the sale/transaction. The shipping credit/adjustment will only apply if the order was reasonably capable of being combined shipped and the shipping cost was reduced after the sale, only then will the credit back to you be applied. If you decide to cancel your order at anytime (must be before it is shipped) then the transaction will be (void/canceled) and a full refund (credit) will be issued, less any standard bank imposed transaction fees that was assessed or deducted (if applied) as part of the normal transaction process and fees, which is something we cannot control or refund if it was assessed by the credit card processor (bank) during the transaction of funds (process). If you contact us sometime after the order has already been shipped out to you, then the RETURN POLICY located on the TERMS page would then apply to the sale/transaction, which you should read for your reference and should follow if necessary.
